Dear Parents, Guardian and Members of the SSIS community,

I am writing to share the fee structure for the next academic year, 2024-2025. I've included the full details below.

Please note that the increase this year is not the same across all grade levels. We made specific changes to ensure we offer a better service to our families and community.

It is my hope that this will be seen as a step forward. Below are the areas that we took into consideration while making this decision:

1. After-school activities:

As of next year, all after-school activities, except individualized music lessons, will now become part of the fees. We are revamping our after-school activities program for next academic year to offer an even better service. Parents will no longer need to pay for the after-school activities, and the only exception will be the individualized music lessons.

2. The International Baccalaureate Exams:

For grades 11 and 12, we have considered the IB certificate and diploma fees that parents usually pay separately in October, and we have now included these in the overall school fees.

3. Annual teacher salary increase.

4. School projects:

   We are continuing with the school improvements. Throughout this summer, the school will be renovating, redesigning, and upgrading 18 areas/ projects, some of which I mention here below:

   • Gate 1: This will allow a separation between pedestrians and cars and cars and school buses. 

   • resurface the small football field to match the quality of the field we renovated last summer.

   • resurface the elementary gym floor

   • Secondary school students' toilets

   • Various upgrades of heating and air-conditioning systems as well as waterproofing

   • Early years and elementary playground and equipment

   • Inclusive campus access to allow access for all mobility 

5. Inflation.

今年暑期，我们将继续进行校园工程改造，并对18个区域进行翻新、重新设计和升级。以下是其中的几个项目：

•    重新铺设小足球场，达到去年暑期翻新的球场的质量
•    重新铺设小学体育馆地板
•    中学部卫生间改造
•    对供暖、空调系统及防水系统进行升级改造
•    幼儿园和小学操场及游乐设施改造
•    校园无障碍通道改造

5.通货膨胀

다음과 같이 다가오는 2024-2025 학년도 수업료 구조를 전달해 드리며, 아래에 상세한 내용을 포함했습니다.

이번 인상은 모든 학년에 동일하게 적용되지 않다는 점에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. 저희는 가족 여러분과 커뮤니티에 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 특정 변경 사항을 도입했습니다.

이것이 앞으로 나아가는 한 걸음으로 받아들여 지기를 희망합니다. 아래는 이 결정에 고려된 사항들입니다:

1. 방과 후 활동:

다음 학년도부터 개별 음악 레슨을 제외한 모든 방과 후 활동 비용이 수업료의 일부에 포함됩니다. 다음 학년도에는 방과 후 활동 프로그램을 개편하여 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 예정입니다. 학부모님께서는 개별 음악 레슨을 제외하고는 더 이상 방과 후 활동 비용을 지불할 필요가 없습니다.

2. IBDP 시험:

11학년과 12학년의 경우, 학부모께서 보통 10월에 별도로 지불했던 IB 수료증과 IBDP 시험 비용을 학교 수업료에 포함시켰습니다.

3. 연례 교사 급여 인상

학교 환경을 지속적으로 개선하고 있습니다. 이번 여름 동안, 18개의 구역의 개보수, 재설계 및 업그레이드 프로젝트를 진행하게 됩니다. 이 중 몇 가지 사항은 다음과 같습니다:
